Drop off kids in jammies... come home, and dress for a run or walk... work in stinky slumpf wear until after lunch, shower and become...

Did the Couch to 5k today. Just started Week #4 - I can't believe I'm actually doing it...

And, don't tell Rob(x) this, but I ordered the PX90 stuff, too. Once I get this 5k handled, I'm moving on!
