I am not the right person to answer this but I will try

Is depression also part of acceptance or does this disappear in withdrawal?

Depression is present for the entire crisis.I would guess that the degree of depression is less during different stages.

Would everyone expect OW to have completely gone by acceptance?

YES

Do the relationship talks etc start in acceptance or is it possible to hear them at the end of withdrawal?

I would think that they could start at the end of withdrawl since this is when the MLC'er "breaks their silence" and starts to talk to the LBS.

I am not the expert by any means but this is my current understanding.
