oh s2, how inconvenient! Right as you were getting a good parade spot to watch the goings on in the parade, your need for money and silly things like food and electricity pops up again...fine... get some moolah...
Don't sell the daycare idea short b/c of the pool quite yet, since you can buy a portable fence that will help a lot or an alarm for anything that falls in the pool and most parents would be cool with that. Renting the room out to a college girl a little older than your d, may not be bad either. You have options to explore. Explore them before you rule them out, you know...
then, sit back down make room for yourself on the curb but on a little hill if you can, for the view of the firetrucks and floats. They're nice this time of year, which here, is pretty close to being summer time...

sometime you must check outlissett's thread from long ago--(and see how happy her life is now too)and see her hilarious parade route jokes...and you need a nickname for your X h...her ex was "Puff Daddy" and "puff" for short...others had "POS" for their ex'es and you know what that stands for...not as funny, but to the point. The daycare thing will not work..to be licensed and have a pool comes with HUGE liability insurance, not to mention the inspections are so hard. It wouldn't be financially feasable

can you do before and after care? that's what I started doing, in OK you don't have to be licensed if it's under 15 hours. of course, totally understand the pool issue. but if the kids were only allowed to be inside, and you could create that extra room into a play room?
another thing I know is what I do... sharing that nutritional beverage. there is also a way to earn money without even buying the product yourself. you can get me on fb if you wanted to know more.

can you do before and after care? that's what I started doing, in OK you don't have to be licensed if it's under 15 hours. of course, totally understand the pool issue. but if the kids were only allowed to be inside, and you could create that extra room into a play room?
