would someone help me with learning the correct ways of validating h and his feelings?

no matter what i say or dont say...do or dont do... i need some input on this please.

not anything out of the ordinary...everyday things and feelings, decisions h is making.

i want him to know that i support him and am trying to understand but he doesnt give me much of a chance...
