Ok ---- another question. What is the most PASSIVE way of letting H know who my L is. He said to have her contact him----which seems non-passive to me. Do I tell her who she is after I'm officially signed up and tell him he can contact her???

If and When he files....you will get "served" papers...
At that point, you can give the papers to your lawyer and set up your plan of action of how to respond....
Most lawyers have a pretty good understanding of MLC, or at least the public face of MLC....
Let this be his dance to dance ....
Your answers can simply be "yes" or "no"answers to his demands.
Why would YOU pay your lawyer to write HIS divorce decree ?
