I don't understand it either - the getting crapped on part....maybe my emotion rollercoaster is at a different stage than it was a few weeks ago when i had feelings of hate brewing inside.

has she gone on vacation alone recently?
does she visit her "mom" or "sisters" or hang out at the girlfriends house till 3am?

With the 3 kids - we both know where the other is at all times.

only time she is online is checking her email about once a week - has a face book but never uses it (we share the same passwords on our accounts).

while at work she is at kids school almost every day (youngest one is only @ school 3 days in mornings).

mom passed a few years ago, and doesn't go out with firends otr sisters...

trust me i already faced that demon in my head to the point where i checked all the phone numbers and texts on her cell phone (registered in my name so not even a problem getting that info)

I think some of the best advise i can and will follow is focusing on my releations with my kids....i know they are affected by what is going on because of the way they have been behaving lately.

Remember, do not believe anythng she says, look to her actions. This is a long road. Try to put it out of your mind as this will affect your db'ing efforts.

There comes a point where you want to validate your efforts with your spouse, but like everyone says, do not. This is pressure towards her. I believe the general rule is 1 month per every year married and that is just a guideline.

Sorry, you got hit on the head, we all do get hit in the head sometimes. You have a good mindset, and I know it would be a lot easier if it were not for children being envolved, and for mine I could go on forever getting hit in the head.
