Ok, so they call you about the account because they can't reach you? I assume your name is on this loan too since it's the second, but did you inform them of the situation and ask them to only call you in an emergency? Time for her to deal with her own crap. She wants out.....make her be out. Don't save her butt anymore.

Why can't they reach her? Is she not in an office with dozens of phones? Are they all broken? Is her cell phone shut off? If the answer to these questions is no then make them deal with getting in touch with her. Honestly, unless it's majorly behind it's not going to hurt your credit to let her feel the consequences of what she's doing.
