That sure was a very nice game...regardless of the outcome. It is party time all over the country. This will do more for Canadian patriotism than any speech from anyone!
14 gold medals....that is a record for the winter olympics...i think....and Joannie rochette has been selected to carry the Canadian flag at the closing ceremonies for Canada.
After a rough start to the olympics I would say that this was a fine two weeks.
I vacuumed, but realize I dont have any thongs. So it was just short pants and nothing else.
I am going to do the bathrooms now. Then I might talk to my neighbor about cutting down her maple tree - I am getting a little burned out from seeing so much of that leaf in the last 2 weeks.
That day is a big one for me...the big 50. My daughter also bridges over from Daisy to Brownie in the girl scouts. She was supposed to be a Brownie this year, but I held her back as the troop she is in is a good one with a schedule that works perfect for me.
I will have to call Joe Montana up and let him know I wont make our triad birth brother party this year.
