Yes NM! Exactly! Gives me goosebumps!

Well, didn't find a new bedroom comforter that I liked so will look online! Did have a nice visit with my brother but he couldn't get away from the computer (work) so grabbed some grub and headed on home! I did get some of my fav perfume from Victoria's Secret with my gift card...haven't had that one for years! And some new underwear...woohoo!

Have some chicken breasts out and plan to have them going in the crock pot in the morning when H drops off the kids. At this point, I don't really know why but it will smell good!

Made a list for Monday...get car license plates (forgot we had a short month...oops), call a realtor to get a market analysis on this house to see if it would sell for what we owe or if we owe more than it is worth in this market...and call an ins. co. to find out what the cost of health ins. would be for me. None of that sounds like very much fun but need to get some hard numbers going...

I am not feeling good about today! Not sure what to expect but will not bring up anything. I assume I will get a notice in the mail if he plans to go ahead with the D so I don't need to ask him about it!

(((CW)))

Good luck CW. And be strong. Dont be like me. I always were my heart on my sleeve and could not keep my mouth shut. That's probably why she divorced me in two months flat.

Show him your strength.

Thanks g450! I am the same exact way...can't keep my mouth shut!

Well, it turns out I odn't have to worry about it cause he just dropped the kids off. Apparently has plans with a friend. I am both disappointed and relieved to not have seen him.

Kids told me he took a couple of more things yesterday...his bicycle and tool box. He has been talking of trying to ride his bike again so that is good. He used to do the bike rides across the state and kinda let that go the last few years.

Well, going to get ready to go to church...no excuse today!

So, just sitting here thinking that it has been 6mos since the bomb and 2 since H left...half a year already!

Saw a time line on one of HB's sermons and got me to thinking about when H's MLC started? Could it have seriously been back in 2001 when he left us the first time? He had quit his job of 20 years without having another one to go to and cashed in his 401K.

OR... was it when he got fired from a job for very immature, goofing around stuff in which several people got fired? Then, after he finally gets the job where he is it now, buys the Hot Rod without telling me...a few months later, my Dad dies, I am diagnosed with breast cancer and somewhere in between all that EA started with co-worker which turned into PA, still not sure when that happened...H had a stint put in in Nov. 09.

His first wife had several affairs on him, not sure of the year they got divorced, maybe 1988? His parents both died in the early 50's in the early 1990's so maybe it really started there? We got married in 1994. I have never heard of anything that may have happened in H's childhood that would have traumatized him.

Just pondering...maybe I should put this on HB's question thread! Boy, would I love to meet her!

The time line on the 6 stages is not accurate. You should not dwell on that. Your H is in replay. Thats all you need to know.
It does no good to try to come up with a timeline because it could take another year or 10 years. That is why you must go on living YOUR life. You as the LBS have your own journey to take. Work on that do not concern yourself with your H.

OK?

I know, I know....I guess it is just "need to know" part in me! I must not be keeping busy enough today as my mind was just a rambling!

Maybe if I would have asked this many questions in school, my grades would have been better! ;-)

My H had a stent put in back in 2006, I have often wondered if this is/was a delayed reaction to a massive heart attack. At the time he preferred to almost pretend it didnt happen and got fit and healthy and got a few more hobbies, but tbh I reckon I got the better deal, left work, got my dreams and I do now realise that could of and quite rightly so eaten away at him till he finally went off the boil! Cant say I wouldnt have done the same thing.. Actually I can I would have least talked about changing things.

LR! Happy to hear from you! The client that I talked to on Sat. is a Nurse Practitioner, over here that is "almost" a doctor. She said that it is very common for people who have had heart surgery to have depression afterwards. So glad your H is healthy now and doing well!
