aver, yes, Pure Barre is based on ballet, pilates and weights using isometric movements. It's designed specifically for women because it focuses on thighs, abs and seat (it works the upper body too). It seriously kicks your butt, I leave sweating every time. The best part for me is that while it totally works your muscles to failure the recovery is quick so you can do it every day. There are a couple DVDs but they're not nearly as hard as the classes. I'm bummed that I have to put it on hold as I didn't get the money to cover the classes that I was expecting. Hopefully I'll sell a piece of furniture on Wednesday so I can start Thursday morning.

I have been MIA due to some computer issues which I hope will soon be sorted out...
So, quick update...
I am doing well. Still working out and I think I saw a bicep yesterday!! I'll have my trainer ( aka Dr. Evil) verify that, though . I expect to have the right to bare arms in the next couple of months.
I just bought a handbag which I had been visiting in one of my favorite stores for a while. I finally decided to commit and I think the girls in the store were kinda relieved that I wouldn't be stopping in to stroke and pet it anymore. Or put it over my shoulder and gaze in the mirror. Kinda creepy now I think about it.
Apart from that, still doing me, living life, trusting God. Works for me.
Bare arms? Just don't wave, right away, at least... you never know!!
I was just laughing so hard about your handbag!!! I visit things all the time!!! I have a fave boutique... and the owner always asks... buying or visiting?!?!? NO LIE!!!

The average woman would rather have beauty than brains, because the average man can see better than he can think.
Mr. K is okay. Friendlier and friendlier as the days go by. Talking a lot more, opening up little by little. Hmmm. Really not much more to say on that score because I am not trying to dissect it and start analyzing too much,KWIM?
I guess, it is a little like normal in some respects.
As I wrote elsewhere on here, he "looks" at me now, he smiles, calls me "Kara". Mr. K is a lot more present.
FWIW, I overheard one of his friends who dropped by a few days ago telling him how great I was looking and that I seemed really happy. Interesting...
