You should try competitive softball.....My D16 played an indoor tournament the last weekend in January. It was a 5 hour drive....left after work on Friday for games that started Saturday......left for home Sunday night after game 7 (one girl playing)----at 9 p.m.........home at 2am....up at 5am.......worked all day----I did the tourney all by myself. The driving all by myself....and worked all day near comatose! Things will get really crazy in the spring since H has all 3 of our kids on competitve teams this year....I think to fulfill his childhood dream of wanting to be a professional baseball player.

I will check out the recipes. I have a fantastic white chicken chili recipe----but I don't use chicken anymore, I use potatoes---YUMMY!!!
