KAW...do these posts just flow from your finger tips or do you sit and compose them for hours???

You have SUCH insight and SUCH a way with words...we HAVE discussed you being a writer before, haven't we???

My ... my ... where did this week go?

Very rarely can I compose a post without having to go back several times to re-edit. The thoughts flow a little too fast for the finger tips to keep up. Can make it tough when I have only a few minutes between tasks here.

Thanks for such kind words. Its kinda ironic since I was never really fond of writing before. I've "penned" more on this bb than all my years before. I enjoyed reading more that writing, but I'm so thankful for what I've learned from here that has turned my life around and have discovered a camaraderie I have never experienced before, that I felt compelled to take up the written word so I can give back what I've gathered from here.

After that it's off to the stand up show so I won't be home until much later tonight, not sure I'll be able to get back here..

Well I hope you had a side-splittin' good time last nite!

Catch you on the flip side of the weekend.

'til later,
KAW

Hi KAW, Hi all,

Yes "Just for Laughs" was a BLAST! WE both laughed a LOT!

Yesterday was a marathon at work...meetings until 5 pm.

So I had to start my dinner preps as soon as I got home. Luckily the pasta shells just needed baking, but I had home-made garlic toast and shrimp cocktail for appetizers and the grilled Red peppers to prep.

A finer dinner could not be BOUGHT, I'm sure.

Today I have a bunch of shopping to do, then it's out tonight for karaoke. I guess I'll have a TON of catching up to do tomorrow!

Thanks MAL,

It was fun, even though my beverege of choice was good ol H2o. I was designated driver.

CJ sang great, as did MJ. CJ's sisters, their H's and his niece showed up.

Got to sing "Oh Canada" at the end of the night...it WAS a legion bar.

Mornin' all!

I have cramps and feel yucky...Pam...PAM...is this PMS crap catching?????

Hi all...time for some catching up.

But first something that came to me while journaling today:

I gave CJ a pretty sentimental b-day card, with wishes to be with him all the days of my life and such…underneath I wrote: “What more can I say”?….as I thought the card said it all.

I was a tad disappointed by CJ's reaction when he opened the card…something subtle…but upon reflection I realized that it’s entirely possible that the “More” that he might like to hear is “I Forgive you”…

It hadn't even occurred to me when I signed the card...hmmmm.....

Hi Shiny,

So since the last post I saw from you was at after 4 am are you just now getting up?

I am afraid that the PMS might be catching. Seems it is going around here in piecing lately!

So have you reached the point where you forgive him? I know before for you it was coming in small bits and working through the feelings.

Just wondered. I thought I had forgiven David but sometimes I still feel a lot of anger over the situation.

Hi Pam...goodness no, I've been up since about 1 p.m...Just had a ton of school-work to do before signing on! (and just before drifting off at about 5:30 I realized that the time stamps here on the bb are an hour earlier than OUR real time...bugged me a little!)

About the forgiveness thing...it did make me step back...the fact that I signed the card that way with no reservations suggests that I wasn't "holding anything against him"...so does this mean I've actually forgiven him, but don't consciously realize it?

Or that on some level I don't want to admit it? To myself or to CJ? Curious, no?

As for the anger...it does still come forth at times, but SO much less than before, it's all vague and fuzzy, not sharp and pointed.

Vague and fuzzy, like my HEAD right now!

The time on my posts shows the actual time here that I post it.

Yours showed you had posted at like 4:16 or something this morning on my thread. It is almost 6 here now are you on the same time I am?

Maybe internally you have forgiven him but aren't quite ready to verbalize it for some reason?

So vague and fuzzy from lack of sleep or are you drinking something good?

Shoot with my microwave tore up not sure what I'm going to do about dinner.

I think some of my dinners can be fixed in the over but gee lots slower!
