Got an email from H this am.. (actually 2 emails-same message but sent from his work & personal accts so assuming someone is blind copied).
was curious how but turns out he found out about the refund via following me one of the social networks. refuses to reconnect after dropping me on facebook but guess he's been stalking me elsewhere..hmmm.
this am I posted something about recommendations on contractors and bam I get an angry email.. "You haven't responded to my financial request and now I see your plan to start with contractors" then all about how by ignoring him I am subjecting myself to more financial liability, this is a way for him to pay the bills that he's behind on, how he's entitled to 50%, etc.. "write to me so we can come to an agreement and we don't end up in court." Then about how much he is entitled to, how I helped him with one of his medical bills so he deducted that from what I owe him. Seriously? Unreal….
But at least it lets me know I have to get some legal advice now on how to move forward. Also lets me know he’s not looking for any solution to our situation anytime soon. I’m definitely going to have to file something!
