It really is. Apparently, and I say apparently because I really don't believe him anymore, he thought it was in a different court that only has two hearings a month. Of course, when I corrected this, he is already too busy to do it this morning. But he promises to do it next week.....if something else doesn't come up, of course, with his job.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
