sounds like both of you are holding back some stuff and letting it build.

how bout leaving notes or such without expectation of any response?

I know I can fall into the same trap and it's no good on either party.

did notice that there were tears on both sides..perhaps that's a good thing...maybe a light convo about how to communicate in the future is in order.
