IRMA, it doesn't matter, Texas initiated this hearing, they sent the paperwork and if he doesn't show, the Judge will issue a bench warrant, it doesn't matter. A few days in jail would do that jackass some good!
LOL........I dont know how amy of this stuff works ...I guess now I wait for a reply from the atty general's office?? And a bench warrant is warrant for his arrest??? oh my that is awful..... You know he mentioned not too long ago he was thinking about moving back to Texas didnt say exactly where but he did say he wished he had never moved there....blaming our friend because he promised him so many things in starting a business together but he never came thru with the business. i wouldnt doubt it if he skipped the court date and is in the process of moving so they cant find him...
IRMA, all you have to do is contact the court he was supposed to be in yesterday and they will tell you. If he moved back to Texas, that would be like the sheep moving in with the Wolf. IRMA, he won't be able to just run, they will catch him, trust me!
Good morning O/P...1st let me say my prayers are with you and your dad hopefully they can get someone to read that report really soon.....I called him this morning and he said he did go but he went to like a centralized location where all they had him sign was a bunch of papers and told him what he needed to pay...that was it.....we spoke for a little bit about our dogs mostly...and that he is moving back to texas...i didnt want to be too pushy and ask him when......anyways he did go and was not really upset about it......now I just need to get something from the C/S to let me know something.....you know I had to do all the pushing for them to start this....I filed the paperwork with everything they needed back in Aug. took this long to do anything.God knows when I will hear from them but I am fixing to call them to put a fire under their butt to give me some info....
My husband has never been mean to me over the phone only when he 1st went into the tunnell must of been his anger stage.....now he speaks his mind to anyone who he thinks is wrong very opinionated now.....says what is on his mind so different than from the past always kept quiet about anything that would bother him......not ANYMORE I wonder how he is with her cause with me he just took it....wonder if she gets to see the MLC's ugly head sometimes LOL

My H told me last week that he is more loving now...that his sister even commented to his mom on how he's changed..that he tells her he loves her when he leaves and he tells his mom (who is 73). So, basically he wasn't happy with me and therefore would be why he never told them he loved them while we were married...
It wouldn't have anything to do with the fact he now feels guilty and we just found out he has a 10 yr old son he knew about all these years but chose not to tell us....uuuggghhhh!!! Whatever!
My kids say he says things to get to me or to get back at me for having such a wonderful relationship with them while he barely has one with them...I mean really....he didn't even come see them during Christmas..he chose to spend it with OW and her family....

I believe he was happy at one time dont ever doubt that......my cousin's husband also had a love child....2yrs old....they never would of known of that but his teenage daughter borrowed his cell one day saw all kinds of texts to the O/W proclaiming his love for her and it hit the fan....he told my cuz he wanted to stay with her and if she wanted he would never see the child again......till this day they are still working it out.....i pray for them daily because this is a very hard thing to go thru...even worse now another child is involved.... My husband wanted me to file for divorce but I never have.....I AM SURE his new G/F want to be the next Mrs.so far nothing and I am not filing.......
