I have been MIA due to some computer issues which I hope will soon be sorted out...

So, quick update...

I am doing well. Still working out and I think I saw a bicep yesterday!! I'll have my trainer ( aka Dr. Evil) verify that, though smile. I expect to have the right to bare arms in the next couple of months.

I just bought a handbag which I had been visiting in
one of my favorite stores for a while. I finally decided to commit and I think the girls in the store were kinda relieved that I wouldn't be stopping in to stroke and pet it anymore. Or put it over my shoulder and gaze in the mirror. Kinda creepy now I think about it.

Apart from that, still doing me, living life, trusting God. Works for me.

Can't keep a good woman down
