Back to work today. Still listening to my CD's. Last night I dusted off the Kundalini Yoga DVD's that I bought some time ago. I did about 30 minutes last night, and again another 30 tonight. Unfortunately, I learned that my balance isn't as good as it used to be.....as I fell and crashed in to the coffee table----but hey, I was doing something that made me fall into the coffee table, so I'm happy with myself. I think I also did very well with my diet today. Still plugging away with my exercise plan too. I think I am making progress on this aspect of my life. I will sleep well tonight.
