hey, the side ache, I used to get those all the time when I was in track and then later too. But this last time when I did the couch to 5k, I never did. A runner friend of mine told me not drinking enough water causes that. and you know what? when I did the couch thing, that was when I was drinking a liter of water every morning, so he must be right!

FYI, I watched David Wolfe, he's a nutritionist type guy, and he says that we ALL need to be drinking 1-2 liters of water the first thing we do when we wake up. and it really makes a difference in the bowel area. But you do need to do it first thing in the morning. and if your bowels are working well, that will only help with weight loss too.

I am TOTALLY in agreement on rearranging the furniture. have you done that yet in your house at all? great idea rob, or whoever said that!
