Yes, I realize you're a female, but you might like it anyway. If you read past the overtly masculine structure you'll see in the subtext that it talks about people like us, who derive our self-worth from the opinions of others, and who are endlessly trying to find happiness by kissing the behinds of everyone else. Our spouses obviously don't respect this and it doesn't work, but we keep doing it and never stop to wonder why we aren't blissfully happy.
