I'm not necessarily disagreeing okay? But did you read my post? I mean this doesn't cost HIM anything, and by law it ends when they divorce (which means it's a tiny bit of leverage and cost to her divorcing him) AND he has the chance to point out to her the contrasting behavior she engaged in...or doing the exact same thing to her that she did to him, and that he complained about...
