Between being paralyzed in fear of rejection, lacking courage to move on, and not loving my "size" - all time low of attraction! But, look out, things are a changin'!!
mind, you ARE beautiful, and you MUST believe that. God created us all different and all beautiful. He did not create us to look like our best friend, or our neighbor, or the girl in the magazine. Just the fact that you are taking care of yourself in a physical way shows how beautiful and wonderful you are. THAT is what is important. Start loving yourself, because that is a HUGE part in bringing your H "home". If you cannot love YOU, how will he be able to?
And when you start loving YOU, inside and out, then you will be more confident with H, and you will eliminate your fear.

and, you better start reducing those drinks to HALF a day. I will give you that for now. okay, I just looked up coke zero. that is ASPARTAME! that is the bad stuff. of course each side will tell it's own story, but was supposedly discovered by a scientist that licked his finger at some point while in the making of rat poison, and he noticed it was a nice sweet taste. I have read testimonies of people with lupus, along with my good friend who knew someone that had fibro (or another auto-immune disease) and for years didn't know how to treat it, and then one day quit drinking diet drinks, and it went away.
also, if your trying to lose weight, I would suggest to quit the diet stuff. My friend, a PT, told me that what happens when you drink diet drinks (unless your eating at the same time) that you body will be telling you "this is sweet, I must produce insulin for the sugar" but there IS no sugar, so the body goes searching, and it tells your brain, "eat, we need sugar!"
