It was built in 1938 so 72 years old! Older than my parents!! lol

The wallpaper is all small flowers. There is a pic on the alt with my daughter and I sitting on the coach and the wallpaper as the background.

I know there is a sink in the basement bathroom which actually has a spigot for hot and one for cold!! I would love to just start all over but debate going from top down or vice versa. By the time I am done, the boys will be gone and might have to sell it. frown

frown That would be no good.

Ok, I see the wallpaper.

The sconces might be worth something if they are as old as the house. You might want to find out.

The only thing is one may be cracked. It is behind my entertainment center and the light doesn't work, so I didn't mind covering it up so to speak.

Choices...life is just full of them. Choosing to get rid of the wallpaper is one of the easier ones. smile

Is he an accountant? That is what Mr. A does. Thank goodness he works for a corporation and doesn't do individual's income taxes.

He actually runs some sort of consulting business for nursing home care(or something like that) and is a CPA who owns a tax business too. So yes very busy. He is in Springfield, MO. Like I said, 15 hour days can't be that much fun.

I know he tried to text me a few times but that was my main/landline phone which goes through the cell phone company, so not an actual cell phone. Then we sent some messages back and forth. Maybe this weekend but I do realize too that he has teenagers at home. If they are anything like mine, getting more independant and home less and less.

How was your date, Ms Cougar?? wink

Sounds like your new man is extremely busy! I guess all accountants are workaholics. Mr. A puts in 12-14 hours a day and often goes in on the weekends for a few hours.

Yes. I have no idea how he does it. Except of course his kids being older than mine, probably fend pretty well on their own. I know he said March is really slow for taxes. We will see.

Just want to not stress over everything. I actually felt a bit low when I wasn't able to talk to him when he got done really late. Long distance situations/potential relationships...just got to love them!
