I can imagine a good amount of finger nails were biten off around Canada.

This first round robin play is only for seeding and a possible quarter finals bye anyway.

I know kerry but at the last olympics we lost to the swiss in the round robin and were then force to play the russians in the quarter finals....and it was bye bye. So the higher you finish, the better the chance of meeting a weaker team in the quarters.

Tiger's speech - I thought it was great. I am sure he had a lot of help on writing it. The part where he said that words will not be enough for Elin, but instead actions over time, is so very true.

If the Buddhism reincarnation thing is true...Tiger may be coming back as a rabbit in his next life.

I still cannot fathom not being satisfied with just this...

I understood Tiger to say that he was going to "keep Buddha in his pants" from here on out" laugh

Mike, I think you may have been distracted while Tiger was READING.

I hear you Kerry...but maybe she is not up to par (no pun intended) under the sheets....

He's an expert on his life. Why did he have to READ anything? And why weren't some REAL press people at this 'press' conference? Why didn't he take some questions from some REAL press people? And why did he blame the press for anything? This was a situation that HE created!
Sorry. I could certainly be mistaken, but it didn't seem sincere to me. Seemed like a very structured attempt to 'soften the blow' of the repurcussions of the decisions that he's made!
