Ok you guys...I need you! I got divorce papers from a lawyer today. I am truly devastated. I cannot believe he would just have them sent to me. He is a coward. He has not talked to me at all about what he was thinking. He has not talked to the kids...nothing. I had talked with him this morning about when he was going to come see the kids...he could have mentioned it then but nooo. So, now I have to try and hold it together around the kids and by God, HE is the one that is going to talk to them and tell them.

I tried calling the L I talked to in Dec. and she was out of the office so will try in the morning...this made up my mind to try and call OW's church but was after hours. Found the Pastor's email address on the net and sent him an email telling of our situation. I used my name and hers...I figured what the heck. If it pissed him off so be it!

I know, deep breath.

Good for you for telling the pastor. I hope he can give you the support you need.

Once piece of advice - keep your focus on your kids! Do not let H get the best of you.

Thanks Luv and newmama- I wish I could share your optimism nm! It has happened on here! I guess I was hoping we would be in limbo for awhile. I actually read the papers and H has indicated that I would have full custody...I didn't think he would fight on that but made me sad to see in that in writing...my poor kids!

Ok-questions

1. I want to call H very badly but am thinking that I should do n/c until he calls Sunday a.m.?

2. I want to talk to him before he talks to the kids as I want him to tell me what he is going to say to the kids. I also want to ask him why the #!&@!!! he couldn't have at least "hinted" that he was done with our marraige. Also, I would like to by some time and drag this out as long as I can. What is his big hurry? It is not like I have been pressuring him, he is living the life he apparenlty wants to live. Financially, he is actually better off right now. Wondering if he is getting pressure from OW?

3.Not sure how to act when I see him....
