Willing to bet that you fall into the food as a substitue catagory. substitute for what? Pick your poison. Bored, worry...

Stop.

Visualize yourself thinner.

Buy something you want. Wrap it up and put your target goal on it, weigh yourself once a week, and mark down toward it.

Stop buying crap at the store.

muscle weighs more than fat. And more muscle burns more fat.
