mb, you are mind-reading. Even if you could look in a crystal ball and see their every action and hear their every word, it would not help you to do the work of GAL and detaching. Rebuilding ourselves is not easy or comfortable, but it's something we can do for ourselves, when our world has been turned upside down by things that we can't control. Obsessing about my sitch is my downfall too, so believe me I know how hard it is. Can you post three things that you can do to stop the obsessing when you think about H/OW?
