HC, I am concerned that H does not realize that filing the paperwork is going to make your D think he is leaving her too. Kids are selfish, it is what they do. She is not going to understand and try to wait him out. Be ready to talk to her when he files without letting her know how angry you are at H too. It will be difficult. Has H said anything more to you about it?
