My car, the house, my stuff, my musical instruments, my computers, my golf clubs, my EVERYTHING, AND have to pay her HALF of whatever I make for the rest of my life, leave and leave her alone only to have contact with out kids when absolutely necessary."
Having worked for a divorce attorney, even if you did do this and had it notarized by a witness, a family court judge would never allow it into consideration. Family law is about fairly dividing assets and protecting children, and weird, cryptic "contracts" made between spouses who eventually end up in divorce court are not usually what is fair or what is right for the children. They are usually about some trust issue, which yours is as well.
