Having OER issues with submitting my o3 packet. *rolls eyes* Only been eligible for 2 yrs. Every time I get my packet submitted they take months to look it over, my OER expires, and then trying to get a current one takes 6 months cuz my S1 is so screwed up. I love my co, but my bn staff is ridiculously inefficient.
