There's a commercial here in the states, for a real estate company, and in the commercial there's a lady on the phone w/her H, and he's getting an update on her schedule for the day. At the end of her list of To Do's, etc..., her H says, "Wow! Busy day!" And, she says, "No, Busy morning!"
My H always gets a laugh about that commercial, because it (used to) applies to me. Just gettin' in done!
That's why this barely working (from my bed, nonetheless, boohooing, showering only when necessary (during the week when he's gone), putting off of social activities, MINDFULL is NOT an attractive person to be.
Just trying to get moving!

I would be lying if I didn't mention it took a Red Bull to get moving!!!
I've had a few winters where the season just kicked my rear. I've actually been diagnosed to tan 1-2 times per week for ten minutes before... Rob(x) reminded me of it a few weeks ago. I've gone a few times, and it feels good. And, hey, a little sun-kissed set of cheeks, shoulders and chest are welcomed!!!

I think i have a little of that "Seasonal Affective Disorder" myself! We have had snow on the ground since December, literally without it melting away. And very few days of sunshine...the tanning is like therapy for me, I go about once a week just for the warmth and bright lights!
Thought of you this weekend, went shopping for something I needed and wound up browsing the shoe department! Looked at some of those fancy walking/toning shoes and some uggs but didn't buy anything...
