I actually did the Couch to 5k FIRST Week Podcast!
ST, you're right... first week will probably be the hardest. I'm sore already! LoL
I think I'm going to d/l the Podrunner Interval one, instead, though... this one sucks w/no music! It's just a robotic guy, and then silence, etc... got me off the couch, though!
Just made a yummy lunch for "the men" and I, too... teriyaki chicken (grilled inside) and spring green salad. YUM!
Going to see Dear John tonight w/girlfriends. Excited!
