I'm with Kelly.. contracts dont' work in a household... there's no third party to enforce them...
And there are more deadbeat husbands that don't follow through with allimony payments out there than I can count on my hands and feet...
This isn't a reassuring tactic at all... To say the least this is not romantic...

Trust and Forgiveness are absolute necessities in a household...
And by making this a poker game you arne't trusting HER either.. so why should she trust you?
Trusting her is GIVING Her everything NOW and telling her its hers.. she can leave or she can stay... everything goes with her... THAT is trust... which i don't see here at all
