I'm so glad you got to air some of your concerns. You have been thinking deeply about these topics and it's good that they were voiced. I'm sorry he didn't "get" a lot of what you were saying, well, you kind of knew that was the case anyhow. You may have to spell it out clearly and directly for him. Just take your time.

I'm so glad you got the valentine's gifts - must have felt great after what you have been through - and here you thought you weren't getting anything!

Wow to all of the above, the good and bad, the realistic and unrealistic, the acknowledging and lack of it.

The usual has happened Im on holiday and we have very little money so all my dreams cant say plans cos I didnt make them knowing full well there would be no money are scuppered..

Feeling really fed up today, I want to get my hair cut its very thick and curly and I look like mad bear at the moment. H went and got his cut mind you that cost quarter of the price but its still maddening as he said he had to look tidy for any interviews.

My GAL is some what non existant, dancing lessons have stopped and Ive already shared my horse out so get less time with her even though H doesnt know about that yet..

Please pray that his second interview comes forth this week as a new job for Mr Rabbit is essential for this M to go forward before any more stress is put on it!

LR-it would be frustrating! If we lived closer, I would cut your hair for you! It always seemed in my M that anything I needed, whether it was for work, house or otherwise always had to wait...H was always good about saying "if you need it, get it" but since he didn't handle the finances, he had no clue!!!

I am praying for you and the second interview!!! Hang in there! Hopefully someday you will look back at all of this and say "Mr. R, remember when we were so poor and I looked like a mad bear because I couldn't afford to get my hair cut?" Hang in there!

Thanks CW wish I could take you up on the offer, think the plane fare might outway the hair cut savings though lol!

Got through most of the day, even after a mild falling out we patched things up, good job too as later he heard that he hadnt got the contract he thought was pretty much in the bag.

This is so frustrating, we are getting along pretty well but both of us are having to be totally ostrich about how bad things are getting financially so as not to rattle each other, I barely make one tenth of what he is capable off and thats all we have at the moment. It feels like Im being punished twice now!

This will be so lame as I know how money issues have affected our M too but just remember that it is only money and somehow, it will all work out. So sorry to hear that Mr R didn't get the contract! I don't know what he does but can he "moonlight" doing it or something else until another one comes along? ((( )))

Sorry to hear about the financial stress. It does impact everyone's situation but I think as long as you're aware of it and how it impacts, you can keep it from taking over. Mr. R. will likely have a self esteem boost as soon as that straightens out, and that will be good for the entire situation.

Keep hanging in there. Nothing stresses people out like money issues. It's survival, after all! You're a strong woman and I know you will be able to get the two of you through until Mr. R can pull a contract. Meanwhile, you have him! You're not alone! Focus on what you do have and keep your chin up!!!
