Dealing with MLC is a lot different than a WAS spouse. Just compare Puppy Dog Tails advice to Jacks...both have been here for awhile and yet their approaches are totally different as are their situations.

None of that should make you take your focus off of you and who you want to become right now....
This crap that we go through, it is easy to let it consume us to the point that we feel paralyzed by it, and afraid to take a step without coming here and asking first....

Do the work for you on yourself....and if you make it real....
The changes will stick and become part of your life. With that comes a trust of self and you can really start living the new you.
So yes, by all means, read and absorb all that you can, just remember to back away enough to allow YOUR growth through this too....

But the person he became is....very inspirational....
