One question: Now that D is going on, why are you filing jointly? Is it better for you? Also good thinking about not paying W right now. I know it is mean, but she is the one going back on the agreement you made. Plus, you said that you are paying about what you would have to anyway if she did get sole custody, and that isn't helping her so why how will it help later? She is going to have to sell the house and move because she can't make it now and D won't help that. It only will make it worse.
