That's all pretty standard stuff, SD. I would think your L can get an extension of time to produce the requested documents, citing your deployment.
They're also probably bundling up all the standard stuff, with the PI stuff, just to see "whatcha got" on her.

SD, ask your L about the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act - it's a set of Federal statutes that basically put litigation against our service members on hold while they are on active duty. Don't know if there is some exception for D cases (might be), but it's worth running by your L.
