NO contact w/W in over 10 days. Boys are doing well. Oldest S15 still not communicating with me, but I continue to send him e-mails. S12 is doing well, very excited about SD coming home.
I am doing well-Great PMA, and nothing but optimistic. Thanks so much to all the folks who have weighed in on my sitch, I am pretty sure I will be back after my return. Lots of unknowns for old SD. But I will deal with those when they present themselves to me. I firmly believe there isn't anything I can't handle now.
Oh, by the way, my unit now has less than 30 days left in theater!!! Thanks for all the well wishes, thoughts and prayers. My Soldiers and I cannot thank you enough.

Dude, time for a new thread? Awesome PMA. Can you please send another volley to Portland? My world is fubar right now. God keeps sending me men, but they are all married. Some don't have the best intentions, if you know what I mean. Most mean well, and a few are knights on white horses. Wish my sister was here. She knows how easily I can get distracted by shiny objects. Thanks.

So it begins. Received e-mail today from my Lawyer with 3 documents attached. All relating to discovery. Now, we all know, as does my L, that I am deployed. I cannot possibly produce any of these documents or information her L is requesting.
I wrote my L back telling him that I have NO access to any of that stuff. Awaiting his response. My W has told her L some lies, unless these are a Generic set of questions that L's ask.
They are asking for last 3 years pay stubs, credit reports, bank statements, electronic data that I plan on presenting, correspondence if any, any sexual partners I HAVE HAD, besides my wife???!!!! LOL - THAT was a good one, PI's name, cost, dates, pics, What controlled substances, not prescribed to me, I have taken since 1 Jan 08, etc. C'mon honestly? Controlled substances? What is she telling her L??? This is gonna get FUGLY. It just kind of pissed me off to get that stuff so close to leaving. I am already working 17 hour days as it is. Quit whining SD. It will all come out in the wash.
Ain't gonna give her the satisfaction. Takin' all of this garbage One Day At A Time.
