Hi, I am not familiar with the head collar. I've tried the knee-it's helps only sometimes. She knows that she is doing what she is not supposed to do. The two live in a 50' X 50' pen in my backyard, but they are both on chains because they get out & I live on a busy street. The younger one is very jealous of any attention that I give her mother. If I let the mom off her chain, then go to let the younger one off, she goes ballistic! Then I get her off the chain and they jump all over me until we get out into the field and they run. If I let the young one off her chain first, she jumps all over me when I am trying to get the mom off her chain!
Also, when I take them in the car, the young one will not stay off of me and she weighs 80+ lbs!
