Everyone - I am going to take the rest of the day off and get a tatoo. I've always wanted one. I need to get my head right and figure out if this is something that I can stomach. The funny thing is that she recently put on her wedding band, which is really confusing. I know that I was not the greatest husband but at what point is it enough...sorry I'm rambling. I can't help but to think about my 8 yr old and how she would take this. I need to sit tight and make sure that I do not let my emotions drive what I do. I will check back in tonight. Thanks everyone.

Yes OP - I'm thinking of a perm tatoo. Chinese letters that say something inspirational.

Tattoo's are often symbolic of achievements, great battles, and personal achievement...I got mine about a month in.
Is the new PA with a different person? Or with the EA guy? Either way it doesn't really matter in the thick of things. Just for arguments sake...my wife had at least five relationships that could have been classified as affairs.
You should only be concerned with the things you can control....all else is truly arbitrary.

Research carefully and make sure you get the correct translation. The last thing you want is a tattoo that translates to something like "Ugly Monkey Fukcer".
One of my son's Chinese teachers told me that many of the Chinese character tattoo's were very offensive or an incorrect translation. She said that even some NBA players had some pretty badly worded tattoo's. At the minimum, they should be asking Yao Ming before getting something stupid printed on them for life.

He says bruising power forward Kenyon Martin's tattoo means 'not aggressive' or 'indecisive'. "Anybody who has seen Kenyon play knows he isn't like that."
Lost - the potential PA is with another guy but I do not have hard facts just yet. I will not confront her either.
Jack - Good point...I went for a walk and calmed down a bit. Right now I feel like I will hold on to my promise of for better or for worst.
Does anyone here have any success stories? How long did it take? Were you at fault in any of this?
