If this is how you treat her, no wonder she wants out. Back off before it's too late. All you can do with your action plan is drive her away.
Coming from a W (I did not have an A my H did)- your action plan is not going to work. I am learning how to detach myself - I am not an expert on this AT ALL. But it sounds like you need space from W. It is bad enough for the kids - but this is only going to make it worse. Children sense everything!
