Rocked, MF is right. Don't give her control over your emotions.

You know that you are the better person. H knows you are the better person. Hold onto the belief in karma because it will come around and get her.

I wish I had something else that would help. I know it's going to be rough seeing her face and hearing her name everywhere. Maybe just go into a media lockdown if possible. I do that when there's a big movie coming out and I don't want to see the trailers or hear any reviews before I see it.
