I don't know. I still have primary custody of the kids and I work full time. My ex sees the boys just those 2-3 hours on Tuesdays(because he never keeps them the full time) and then has the girls over every other weekend(because the boys refuse to go and S17 is working weekends anyhow).

I don't get it. He really doesn't spend quality time with them when he has them so I don't know what to say. I wish I had a good answer for you.
