He actually is, but he's been doing management the last 10 years, mostly supervising trial attorneys, not so much himself.
My L forwarded me an email from X's L today. He said he doesn't plan to rehash anything from the prior hearing (maybe b/c it was apparent his client is a total a$$????) Just wants to "present about my new job" and how it should impact alimony, child support, and PARENTING TIME!!! WTH??? In 2010, can my getting a full-time job, mostly b/c of X running up massive debt and with X pushing hard & heavy for that, I could lose time with my kids b/c of that for a reason? Is that legit??????
