Of course you have to take care of the boys, so do it when you have time or when your H is at home to take care of them. I am most distressed to read that you feel like a shadow of yourself. You need to get your groove back as they say.
Bring sexy back. Bring Mind back. Gno and Coach are right, do things for yourself, whether or not you are part of a "couple" right now.
"Doing YOU" also includes introspection and self-analysis irrespective or not if you are doing IC. Don't spend all your time on becoming an attractive bauble on the outside because beauty begins from within.

Yes, Gno you are right. I didn't add that part because I think amlost everyone on the Board is doing that work and analysis. It is hard to be here without doing it!
I forgot that I had listed my mistakes when I was initially trying to figure out 180's. Done. Check.
REVISIT THEM because you're here telling us you're a shell of the person you were... that means that you're doing something wrong. Maybe something new will pop out... and YES... maybe you will "discover" new mistakes.... like... ???

Sometimes people get so involved with different tactics, 180's, GAL etc that they FORGET... or let them slide.
I know it is hard to read, but true. For the past month, I've been finding reasons to not "go out" during the day. I've been too comfortable, in my little cocoon working from home.
