Citygirl, I understand what you are saying, but it is an emotional process. You can tell someone the stages of grief but you won't be able to make them 1)follow the stages in order 2)only stay certain stages for a set amount of time
we each need to have our own process and experience our low point/aha moment to "get it" (IMO).
