I understand how frustrating it must feel to continue to give out advice that doesnt get followed or is only followed halfheartedly.

You've done all you can and to keep trying at this point would likely serve to only frustrate you more.

Thanks for all the advice. I'm sorry I'm not able to follow it without hesitation.

I'll still be journaling my thoughts here but I dont expect a response...at least not until I've actually started doing what was advised of me.
