I thought it was funny, (and accurate) but then, I'm in that kind of mood lately. His text about the grave and sending YOU a photo of it (??) was a blatant ploy for sympathy but a weird one. What the hell it has to do with him missing the visit is a mystery, "Oh b/c he's so sad"?? Just seemed weak and pathetic to me...sorry. That sounds mean. Not you.

I don't think it sounds mean at all. I think it sounds like what it really is..."weak and pathetic". You've NEVER been one to sugar-coat anything 25...and it's one reason your posts to people on this board have such far-reaching and helpful effects to many people here...not just the ones you are posting to! No Superbowl Plans. I think my d18 was feeling sorry for me earlier. I tried to be upbeat. She was asking me what my plans were and I said I was going to be home and she asked why I wasn't going to a friends to watch. Her dad is having a big party so she will be there.
Not really looking forward to Valentine's Day either.

I have no Superbowl plans either, but with the snow we got I doubt many people will be venturing out for the game. And for Valentine's Day I will be watching my friends kids so she can go out with her husband. It is what it is. I'd rather be in no relationship than in a dysfunctionsl relationship. I'd rather have no one, than have someone who makes me feel bad about myself,controls me, and accuses me. Overall life is good. And when the time is right, someone will be there....I have faith.

obviously if your H was in a different state of mind, and choosing to be respectful, him asking for different times IMHO would be fine and if you were avail, then it would be nice of you to oblige, but we know that he isn't being that type of person. He is just trying to do something different because what he's been doing isn't working out for him, so it looks like he took it to the next step.
I agree, that you should email him or something and say, The visitation time is 3-6pm, if this time frame is inconvenient for you, then you need to make arrangements with the court to get it changed. Please respect my time and adhere to the schedule.

I just realized that my CS is late again. I have my paperwork almost filled out and ready to take back to CSS. From there they do an interview and the whole process takes 2-3 months before its in place.
Really seems like exh is getting worse. Fine by me. He can sink to the depths of the pits as long as he stays away.
He did send one of his pathetic "Give baby a kiss for daddy" texts last night. I just laughed and didn't respond. Its much easier to not respond lately.
