obviously if your H was in a different state of mind, and choosing to be respectful, him asking for different times IMHO would be fine and if you were avail, then it would be nice of you to oblige, but we know that he isn't being that type of person. He is just trying to do something different because what he's been doing isn't working out for him, so it looks like he took it to the next step.
I agree, that you should email him or something and say, The visitation time is 3-6pm, if this time frame is inconvenient for you, then you need to make arrangements with the court to get it changed. Please respect my time and adhere to the schedule.
