I'm going for consult to educate, but this is a no fault state and unlikely much to get based on what he's told me so far (the MA div lawyer, that is)..for me i need to think of the cost for what it's worth, and make the decision then. H and I have been emailing friendly emails lately - actually in response to my request to send me taxes. He asked me to lunch downtown on Sat. Going to try to be strong...we've been civil/kind these past few weeks, which is a good step, as I parallel process the moving on.
